Hotel is perfectly located for exploring nearby attractions.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite uncomfortable. The room lacked air conditioning, and the fan was incredibly noisy, making it hard to sleep. I also felt uneasy about the cleanliness, as I was itchy during my stay, which made the discomfort even worse.

the location is prime, just minutes from the main square. and surrounded by excellent dining options. the staff were very accommodating, offering assistance with tours and a lovely breakfast spread each morning.

unfriendly staff

absolutely shocked this hotel received positive reviews. the windows had no screens, and i was tortured by mosquitoes all night. also, the staff didn’t even bother to upgrade my room after all my complaints. I guess that’s what happens when you expect the royal treatment but get regular old service instead. simply unthinkable.

Amazing location, just a few mins walk to Zocalo! The Superior Queen Room had a comfy bed, a powerful shower, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the wake-up service and the fitness facilities too. Super clean with fresh linens and towels every day!

The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a nice variety, making every morning enjoyable. I loved the fitness facilities and the cozy lounge area where I could unwind after a day of exploring. There was some noise from the street at night, but it didn't really bother me too much. 👍 Don't forget to check out the breakfast options when you stay here!
